A detailed and systematic assessment of the current situation was carried out as a first step to further develop and map the topic of “employee health” in a holistic and well-structured OHM. This analysis was based on the WHM criteria of Health Promotion Switzerland. On the one hand, this diagnostic tool described the current WHM quality standard and pointed out central fields of action.
We presented a detailed roadmap with concrete improvement measures in a second step. With a targeted action plan on the behavioural and relationship level, the necessary prerequisites were created to make the upcoming certification process (Friendly Work Space) successful.
